  • Overdriven – The Comil® Overdriven is available in five models, offering capacities up to 120,000 lbs/hr.  Manufactured in stainless steel for sanitary operation and easy cleanability.  The milling action can be fine tuned using a comprehensive selection of interchangeable tooling, as well as speed variation.  
  • Underdriven – The Comil® Underdriven provides all the features and options of the original Comil®, but with the additional advantages, including easier inline integration.  The mill advanced, compact design and extremely short head height provide for easy integration into processing environments where head room is limited.

 Security Screening

  • FlexSift – The FlexSift is the cutting edge in high-capacity security screening and de-agglomeration technology. The unit effectively captures and retains impurities and other foreign materials easily and efficiently in a simple in-line configuration. It reduces the risk of contamination of final processed product, prevents damage to equipment and injury to personnel. Because of the compact size and low profile design, the unit fits below most bulk bag unloader and mixer discharges and easily integrates into most systems.

Scalable Lab System (SLS) – The Quadro® Scalable Lab System (SLS) is a units which allows for lab scale milling and processing with the ability to change between four milling heads in seconds.  It is suitable for dry milling and/or wet material conditioning.   The SLS gives the reassurance that particle sizes and distributions achieved in the lab can be directly transferred to the production scale equipment.  The operating parameters are simply transposed from small scale to full scale production.

  • Quadro® HV-Emulsifier – The HV Series is a submicron homogenizing high shear wet mill and emulsifier.  The series can be optimized for various applications and is available in two configurations; the HV emulsifier for submicron homogenizing and the HV wet mill for micronizing suspensions and slurries
  • The Quadro Ytron® Z – The Z Series is a single-pass emulsifier.  This series delivers unparalleled consistency and control of high shear process applications such as immiscible phase emulsifying/homogenizing, wet grinding, deagglomeration and fine solids dispersing.
  • The Quadro Ytron® ZC– The ZC Series is a single-pass and continuous high speed powder disperser.  It is uniquely engineered to disperse even the most difficult to wet powders into a liquid stream in a single pass.  The rotor/stator reactor provides intense shearing of powders prior to hydration which leads to homogeneous suspensions free of lumps.  
  • Quadro Ytron® Jet Mixer – The Quadro Ytron® low shear industrial tank mixer is highly efficient for in-tank liquid blending, solids suspension and dissolving applications. The Y-Jet mixing pattern does not create a radial flow pattern or liquid vortex. Thus, this low shear industrial mixer does not require difficult-to-clean tank baffles, which means that air entrainment is virtually eliminated
