Oil Stop Valve

Oil Stop Valve (OSV) – The OSV is an economical option used to confine hydrocarbon spills to the premises for safe disposal.  AFL’s OSV is fabricated from either non-corrosive stainless steel or PVC and has only one moving part, the ballasted float.

 Oil Water Separator

  • CVF Series – The CVF removes free hydrocarbons and settleable solids from industrial waste water and coolant.  in operation, the CVF accepts industrial liquid waste in the inlet chamber where settleable solids fall to the bottom as sludge for periodic removal. The waste stream then enters the coalescing separation chamber where AFL’s Delta-Tubes inspire laminar flow characteristics to the liquid as it passes through the separator.  The result is a liquid more responsive to gravity separation.  Floating oil is collected by a Rotary Pipe Skimmer for collections and disposal in accordance with local regulations.
  • EGS Series – The EGS separates heavy solids and oil from industrial wastewater and storm water using gravity separation.  Heavy settleable solids drop out of oily wastewater in the inlet chamber.  In the separating chamber is collected by a rotary pipe skimmer for collection and disposal.  A sheen baffle retains residual floating oil as the treated effluent discharges through the outlet.
  • VTC Series – The CVF removes free hydrocarbons and settleable solids from industrial waste water and coolant.  in operation, the CVF accepts industrial liquid waste in the inlet chamber where settleable solids fall to the bottom as sludge for periodic removal.
